Conrad K. Teran is a Sr. Technical Manager of Refining Technology for GE Water & Process Technologies in The Woodlands, TX.

He is responsible for product applications and technical support of advanced fluids and process modeling and simulation tools, and the novel CrudePLUS Predictive Analytics technology. His areas of expertise include heat transfer, crude oil instability, desalting and fouling, numerical methods, chemometrics and neural networks.

Mr. Teran holds a BS degree in Chemical Engineering from Brigham Young University, a Master of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from Lamar University and is a Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Texas.  He has 38 years of combined experience in refining and SAGD operations, process engineering and economics/planning, and has held various technical, commercial and general management positions in Latin America, Canada and the US.
